as well as cash pay options.
Insurance
Accepting BCBSil PPO insurances.

If you do not have a BCBS PPO plan and would like to submit to your insurance, we will be able to provide you with a superbill which will allow for self-submitting to insurance for potential direct reimbursement.

Cash Pay
We offer Cash Pay options as an alternative when insurance is not available.
Payments are accepted on-site at time of appointment via check or credit card.
